R-Week Beginner Workshop

From November 11 to 15, 2024, under the initiative and guidance of Dr. Julie Courraud, partner NKUA organized the R-Week Beginner Workshop. This event highlighted proteomics and metabolomics pipelines while integrating practical applications of newly acquired R programming skills.

Guest trainer and lead instructor of the event was Dr. Daniel Holmes, Clinical Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of British Columbia (UBC) and Head and Medical Director of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver.

The workshop was co-funded through the TrAMS project.
