At the Metabolomics Society 2025 Conference held in Prague (22–26 June), Dr. Julie Courraud from the NKUA team presented a poster titled “Dual metabolomics-proteomics extraction of murine bone marrow-isolated cells.” The work was co-authored by Ioanna Barla, Panagiota Efstathia Nikolaou, Maria Voumvouraki, and Prof. Nikos Thomaidis.

This study, conducted within the framework of the ELMUMY project, focuses on the optimization of simultaneous metabolomics and proteomics extraction from bone marrow-isolated cells. The aim is to develop integrated protocols that facilitate efficient multi-omics workflows for use in preclinical research.

The findings contribute to ongoing efforts in improving combined analytical approaches for cellular analysis in murine models.
